The original members of the band were Drew Rivera on lead guitar, Justin Kropff on bass, and Tom Vert on drums. Due to work conflicts, Drew had to leave the band which left them without that strong lead guitar to round out their sound. It forced them out into this beautiful community of musicians here in Spokane, WA, where they have found several talented artists. They have had the honor of playing with Jorge Juarez, Simon Lazar, and Scott McSpadden on lead guitar over the years. Through it all Zen Jezza of Antique Sex Machine has been their rock and has stuck with them through some of the amazing growth they have seen in the last few years.

Zen Jezza is a multi-instrumental phenomenon who started his music journey in a garage in Pennsylvania in the 90’s, playing punk, grunge, classic rock, nu-metal, anything he could figure out as a self-taught musician.  After taking a sabbatical from music to focus on career and family, it became clear that without music, life is not complete. So he found friends to jam with and even supported a praise band on the drums in Houston, TX. Eventually he found his way home to Spokane, and over years his project Antique Sex Machine took form as a psychedelic reggae rock jam band. He became a fan of Madrona Hollow when they played a show together, and started helping them out by playing drums or lead guitar if they had the need, eventually crafting his own style of leads, while also incorporating some elements of Drew’s compositions.

​​Tom Vert is a blues rock drummer with a background in fine art and anthropology, which mostly means he hits hard and thinks too much. His playing is shaped by metal, R&B, neo-soul, and '90s hip hop. Expect groove, grit and the occasional existential crisis. He has started his graduate program in marriage and family therapy, so he will be taking some time away from the band while he focuses on his studies. When Tom is not available, K.C. Curtis, David Kersberg, and Patrick Hirschel help out on drums.

​Justin Kropff brings the chill vibes as well as the groove on the bass. He's so chill and laid back that he hasn't given Amanda a bio for the website yet, but it's coming and it will be epic! [This tidbit about Justin has been on the website since 2024, as of this writing he has still not provided that bio.]
